    • Yes, in person appointments are currently offered on Mondays and Wednesdays.

    • In-person services are offered at 200 Bond St. W, Oshawa, Unit 105.

    • The rate for services is $250.00 for a 1-hour appointment (meeting for 50 mins).

    • For assessment services, indirect services (e.g., scoring, report-writing, documentation prep) are also billed at the same rate.

    • Diagnostic assessments typically range from $1500 to $3000, depending on the focus and complexity of the referral question.

    • You can book a free phone consultation to discuss your needs and receive a personalized estimate.

    • There is no GST/HST on services.

    • Direct billing is not offered. An invoice to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement is available immediately after payment is made.

    • Psychological services are not covered by OHIP.

    • They may be covered by your extended health benefits plan.

    • Please contact your insurance provider to check your coverage.

    • The most common and easiest form of payment is by credit card through the secure Jane booking platform. E-Transfers are also accepted.

    • Treatment duration varies depending on patient needs and goals.

    • After the first 2 sessions, your clinician will have a better idea of how many sessions may be needed.

    • In most cases, at least 8 to 12 treatment sessions are needed to see progress.

    • Diagnostic assessments typically consist of:

      1) An intake appointment

      2) Background interviewing (e.g., interviewing about important life experiences, relationships, employment, etc.)

      3) Clinical interviewing (e.g., interviewing about historical & current symptoms)

      4) Administration of standardized rating scales (e.g., surveys to help understand symptoms severity)

      5) Review of any important collateral documentation or interviews (e.g., past assessment reports, school records, interviews with a parent or spouse, if applicable etc.)

      6) A feedback session (e.g., an opportunity to discuss assessment findings, applicable diagnoses, recommendations, & answer your questions).
